Membership

Who can be a Police Unity TourĀ® Rider?
RIDERS must be a sworn law enforcement officer, active or retired. Immediate family members of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty (survivors) may also participate as a RIDER. All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Who can be a Police Unity TourĀ® Support Team Member?
SUPPORT TEAM members must be an active or retired law enforcement officer, an immediate family member of an active or retired law enforcement officer, survivor or sponsored by a current RIDER.  All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

What are the dates of the ride?
Chapter VIII leaves Portsmouth on bicycles on May 10th and ride through until May 12th. The Candlelight Vigil is on May 13th.

How much does it cost to participate?
New members are required to raise a minimum of $1800.00. All members are required to submit a non refundable and non transferable $125.00 registration fee with their application. All donations are tax deductible.
